Production, shipping, and international delivery

We coordinate production, packing, and shipping for custom display products. Final lead times depend on product type, quantity, destination, and the confirmed order documents.

Order processing

Orders move into production after complete requirements are received, the quotation is confirmed, payment terms are satisfied, and artwork or production proofs are approved. Custom products normally require confirmation of size, material, printing method, quantity, and delivery address.

Production lead time

Production time varies by product type, quantity, and customization complexity. Samples, small batches, and bulk orders may have different schedules. Peak seasons, special materials, or complex finishing may extend the timeline.

Shipping methods

Depending on the order, we can help arrange express courier, air freight, sea freight, or other commercial logistics options. Final shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery time follow the confirmed order or logistics quotation.

International delivery & customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, or local destination fees. These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient or buyer unless otherwise stated in the confirmed order documents.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide carrier information and a tracking number after shipment. Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs inspections, holidays, and carrier handling speed.

Address accuracy

Please confirm the recipient name, phone number, full address, and postal code before production and shipment. Delays or extra costs caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery, or incomplete customs information may be the customer’s responsibility.
