Refund & Return Policy

Refunds, remakes, and claims for custom products

SunshineFlag mainly provides custom printed and display products. Because items are normally made to confirmed specifications, refund and return rules differ from standard ready-stock products.

Custom-made products

Once order specifications, payment terms, and artwork are confirmed and production has started, custom products are generally not eligible for no-reason cancellation, return, or refund. Please carefully review size, color, quantity, text, logo files, and delivery details before approval.

Eligible issues

If products have clear manufacturing defects, printing errors, incorrect quantity, specifications that materially differ from approved documents, or shipping damage, please contact us promptly. We will review the case and may offer remake, replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.

Claim window

Please inspect goods as soon as they arrive. If there is a problem, contact us within 7 days where possible and provide the order number, description, photos, videos, packaging images, and shipping label information.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds generally do not apply to issues caused by incorrect customer files, approved artwork mistakes, reasonable color variation across screens or materials, incorrect delivery information, customs delays, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Refund method & timing

If a refund is approved, it is usually returned to the original payment method. Actual posting time depends on the payment provider, bank, and card network processing schedule.

Returning goods

If a return is required, contact us first for the correct return address and instructions. Packages sent back without confirmation may not be identifiable or processable.
